About the Meal Plan

New Mothers Plan is designed specifically for breastfeeding women, providing nutritionally-packed meals that help make the transition into motherhood smoother. Following the Institute of Medicine's recommended Carbohydrates RDA for nursing mothers, the plan consists of high carb foods with fiber-rich vegetables.
